Audit Committee

 

Type:                          The Audit Committee is a standing committee elected annually

 

Purpose:                    The purpose of the Audit Committee is to oversee the auditing and
certification of the annual financial statement

 

Goals:                        The Audit Committee is directed to accomplish the following:

 

                                    1.         Audit and certify the annual financial statement or facilitate this
task with an outside auditor

                                    2.         Present the Auditors report at the annual Parish Meeting

 

Accountability:         This committee is accountable to the Parish Council.

 

Interaction:               This committee is empowered to direct the following committees or
directors:
