Benevolence Committee
Type: The Benevolence Committee is a standing committee
Purpose: The purpose of the Benevolence Committee is to oversee charitable activities of the Parish
Goals: The Benevolence Committee is directed to accomplish the following:
1. Receive charity requests and distribute funds from the committee’s available funds.
2. Identify charitable needs and distribute funds from the committee’s available funds.
3. Maintain policies and procedures regarding charitable requests
4. Function as the liaison with other charitable groups and organizations
Accountability: This committee is accountable to the Parish Council.
Interaction: This committee is empowered to direct the following committees or directors:
