COMMITTEE PURPOSE AND GOALS
Finance Committee
Type: The Finance Committee is a standing committee
Purpose: The purpose of the Finance Committee is to oversee and guide all
financial aspects of the Parish
Goals: The Finance Committee is directed to accomplish the following:
1. Prepare a budget for the Parish
2. Assist the treasurer in his/her duties
3. Research financial issues affecting the Parish
4. Oversee the financial health and activities of the Parish
Accountability: This committee is accountable to the Parish Council.
Interaction: This committee is empowered to direct the following committees or
directors:
