COMMITTEE PURPOSE AND GOALS
Refreshment Committee
Type: The Refreshment Committee is a standing committee
Purpose: The purpose of the Refreshment Committee is to be sure adequate
refreshments are on hand for Sunday and for any other function as
requested by the Parish Council
Goals: The Refreshment Committee is directed to accomplish the following:
1. Obtain and serve refreshments for the Sunday coffee hour
2. Obtain and serve refreshments for special events
3. Maintain kitchen facilities and supplies
4. Prepare a budget request annually for the Parish Council
Accountability: This committee is accountable to the Parish Council.
Interaction: This committee is empowered to direct the following committees or
directors:
